Warranty Policy

At Dash Vision, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. All of our products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use of the product. 

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a warranty claim. Be sure to include your order number and a description of the issue you are experiencing.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective product.
  3. Pack the product securely and include any original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  4. Ship the package back to us using a carrier of your choice.
  5. Once we receive the defective product, we will examine it to determine whether it is covered under our warranty.

If the product is covered under our warranty, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you. If the product is not covered under our warranty, we will provide you with a quote for repair or replacement.

Warranty Exceptions

There are a few exceptions to our warranty policy:

  • Products that have been modified or altered in any way are not covered under our warranty.
  • Products that are missing their original packaging, accessories, or documentation are not covered under our warranty.
